Bike Helmet
FLX Series

A performance road cycling helmet developed across multiple colourways and construction variants — featuring an integrated speaker/vent system, detachable visor, and a fully documented component breakdown. ABS outer shell, EPS liner, foam pad system, anti-insect net, and fine size tuner — every element resolved for injection moulding and assembly.

Precision Soldering Iron
320° Digital

A premium hand tool design for a temperature-controlled soldering iron — ergonomic grip geometry, digital temperature display at 320°C, tactile +/− controls, and a power/standby button. Matte black body with red accent ring at the cable entry. The challenge: tool ergonomics that works for both right and left hand, with button placement reachable during use without repositioning the grip.

Gaming Seat
Cushion-Form Design

A seating concept that rejects the racing-seat aesthetic that dominates gaming chair design — instead developing a deeply cushioned, high-back bucket seat with full leather surface treatment and sculpted lumbar support. Armrests integrated flush with the seat shell. The formal language owes more to premium automotive seating than gaming accessories — which is the point.

Safety Oven Door Lock
Child Protection Device

A child safety locking device for oven doors — designed to prevent unsupervised access while remaining operable by adults with a single-hand action. The rotating lever mechanism with spring-loaded return is shown in multiple positions alongside a full exploded assembly view revealing the internal spring, pivot, and mounting hardware. Injection moulded glass-filled nylon for heat resistance.

Air Resistance
Rowing Machine

A professional-grade air resistance rowing ergometer — fully detailed industrial design including fan housing, monorail slide system, seat carriage, footrest assembly, and display arm with monitor mount. The entire machine is modelled to production detail level: frame welds, cable routing, adjustment points, and foot strap hardware all resolved. A complete industrial product, not a concept sketch.

What I bring

Three decades of making
behind every design

Injection moulding from the inside
Twelve years in injection moulding before automotive design — on the factory floor, not reading about it. Gate locations, ejector pin strategy, weld line management, shrinkage, tool steel selection. Every product designed with the toolmaker's perspective built in.
Assembly & mechanism design
Snap fits, living hinges, spring mechanisms, pivot systems, size adjustment hardware — designed and resolved during the modelling phase. The oven lock's spring-loaded return mechanism and the helmet's fine size tuner are designed to be manufactured, not illustrated.
Ergonomics & human factors
Tool grip geometry, seating posture support, helmet fit system, rowing machine reach envelope — products designed to be used by people, not just to render well. Ergonomic study integrated from the first sketch rather than applied as a finishing pass.
Material specification
ABS, EPS, glass-filled nylon, soft-touch overmould, leather grain texture, matte and gloss finish management. Material selection driven by functional requirements — heat resistance, impact performance, weight — not just aesthetic preference.
Full assembly documentation
Exploded views, component labelling, assembly sequence logic — products documented for manufacture, not just for presentation. The helmet exploded view shows every component needed to assemble the product, in the correct relationship.
Class A surface quality
The same curvature continuity and highlight quality applied in BMW and Polestar programmes — brought to product surfaces. Consumer products benefit from the same surface rigour as automotive: the helmet shell, the soldering iron grip, the seat cushion form all carry Class A discipline.
Commission product design

Need a product designed
built to manufacture?

From consumer goods to industrial equipment — Class A surface quality and 12 years of injection moulding experience behind every design decision.
